Substantial interior and exterior remodel and addition to an existing home in Helena’s Upper West Side, including new decks, a new garage, and integrated guest quarters for a more contemporary, cohesive design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led client coordination from initial concept through design development, construction documentation, and city permitting.

• Developed the remodel and addition design, including exterior massing, deck layout, garage design, guest quarters, and overall architectural direction.

• Prepared and coordinated architectural construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and permitting documentation.

• Coordinated design solutions with existing building conditions, residential program needs, exterior materials, and site constraints.

• Managed city permitting submittals, review comments, and responses.

• Supported a cohesive design approach that integrated new additions with the existing home while updating the overall exterior character.
