The client approached DEMI Architecture to explore a new look for an existing commercial building within Helena's historic district. The project focused on revitalizing the building's facade while respecting the character of the surrounding streetscape. Conceptual design studies and architectural visualizations were developed to communicate the proposed improvements and support the client's project funding efforts.
