New K–5 replacement school on the existing Jim Darcy site with steel/masonry/metal panel construction and flexible learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supported stakeholder coordination, design development, and construction documentation as part of the Dowling / ALSC project team.

• Helped produce and coordinate architectural construction documents for a large public elementary school replacement project.

• Coordinated architectural documentation with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants.

• Assumed day-to-day construction administration coordination during the construction phase, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, contractor coordination, and punch list items.

• Supported coordination between owner requirements, educator feedback, design intent, consultant input, and construction-phase field conditions.
