Renovation and expansion of a K–5 elementary school, including four new additions, interior remodels, and upgrades to the gym, library, and technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led user meetings with the school district, school board, staff, and project stakeholders to develop the building layout, additions, and overall design direction.

• Prepared and coordinated architectural construction documents and specifications as lead design professional.

• Coordinated architectural documentation with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants.

• Managed design development, consultant coordination, documentation, and project delivery through construction documents and construction-phase support.

• Served as the primary day-to-day contact during construction, coordinating RFIs, submittals, site observations, and project communication with Hulteng, Sletten Construction, consultants, and the owner.

• Supported construction-phase coordination between design intent, existing building conditions, contractor input, and owner requirements.
