New fire station with four drive-through apparatus bays, hose/training tower, living quarters, and support spaces for the City of Hamilton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developed and detailed architectural construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, details, apparatus bay coordination, hose tower documentation, living areas, and support spaces.

  • Coordinated building layout, adjacencies, operational requirements, and functional planning with the client, fire department, construction manager, consultants, and fire station design team.

  • Supported schedule, budget, and scope alignment during design and documentation.

  • Coordinated consultant input and technical requirements into a clear, buildable construction document package.
