Two multi-family residential buildings on a steep/sloped site, with site design addressing multi-level accessibility and stormwater management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helped prepare and coordinate architectural construction documents, including BIM coordination with consultants.

• Coordinated with civil and structural consultants on site grading, accessibility, stormwater solutions, and retaining wall design.

• Supported documentation and detailing for two multifamily residential buildings on a challenging sloped site.

• Assumed day-to-day construction administration coordination, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, punch list items, and project communication.

• Helped preserve key design elements, including brick quoin detailing, during value engineering and construction-phase coordination.

• Coordinated design intent, consultant input, site constraints, contractor feedback, and owner requirements through construction.
