Rehabilitation of the historic Goodspeed Block on Last Chance Gulch, including new CLT awnings and an integrated rainwater collection system.

Key Responsibilities:                                                                               

• Led architectural design and project management through documentation and construction-phase support.

• Prepared and coordinated architectural construction documents for the historic rehabilitation.

• Coordinated CLT awning design, rainwater collection integration, architectural detailing, and structural requirements.

• Produced and coordinated structural drafting in collaboration with the structural engineering team.

• Supported construction administration through field coordination, documentation review, and coordination with the project team.
