Multi-story mixed-use commercial building located along Church Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The project incorporates ground-floor retail spaces with additional commercial space on the upper floors, contributing to the surrounding urban streetscape through contemporary masonry construction, expansive storefront glazing, and coordinated commercial tenant spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisted the project architect with the preparation of architectural construction documents, including building envelope detailing, masonry façades, storefront systems, and coordination with structural and MEP consultants.

• Assumed day-to-day construction administration responsibilities, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and project communication.

• Coordinated with the project architect, consultants, and contractors to address field conditions, resolve construction issues, and maintain design intent.
