Three-unit residential building on a steep, constrained infill site in Helena, designed as vacation rental units for owners based in Washington State.
Key Responsibilities:
Served as lead design professional during design development and construction documentation.
Worked with the owners to develop the program, unit layouts, site approach, and overall concept for three attached rental units.
Developed the building massing and exterior expression, including single-sloping roofs, metal siding, elevated decks, and a modern residential character.
Prepared and coordinated architectural construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and exterior documentation.
Addressed site access, grade change, foundation coordination, constructability, rental functionality, and owner goals on a steep urban infill site.
